Inventing a product to reinvent recruitment at the Laiterie de Coaticook!

For some time, the Laiterie de Coaticook had been looking for an original idea to recruit future employees and stand out on social networks. That's when 5S content, the agency that also helped us produce our brand film, suggested we produce a humorous/recruitment video. A video in which we present a zany object, the icon. Please note that the icon is not a real product, and that its purpose was to make people laugh, while presenting the pleasure and advantages of coming to work at the Laiterie de Coaticook!

Shooting

In order to highlight our family values and our desire to include our employees in our projects, the majority of the Icon video was shot with Coaticook Dairy employees. Thanks to the professionalism of the 5S agency and our employees, we were able to complete the shoot in as little as one day! We had to postpone the launch date of the video due to the health crisis that hit us in March 2020. With the arrival of warmer weather and the relaxation of the COVID-19 rules, we felt it was the right time to bring you the video: the Icon!
