Close to Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook, just 30 minutes south of Sherbrooke or Magog, we welcome you for a gourmet break, whether after a hike, bike ride, motorcycle tour or family outing.
A visit to the dairy bar wouldn't be complete without our timeless classics! Treat yourself to our most popular flavours, the ones you choose again and again! During the summer season, our delicious vanilla and chocolate molles are always available. And if you're in the mood for a change, don't miss our much-anticipated flavor of the week!
During your visit, don't miss the opportunity to take a look at our production room, visible through a large display case that allows you to watch our employees at work. You'll also discover our Milk Museum, located right next to our dairy bar. Take advantage of your cone to explore this small museum, where you'll find many old milk, butter, cheese and ice cream-making machines. You'll also find objects, photos and advertisements tracing the history of these dairy products. The museum was created by Manon Provencher, a Coaticook artist and wife of owner Jean Provencher.
Gourmets will delight in our generous portions of ice cream, available in a multitude of flavors, in hard or soft versions. Whipped milk, barbotine, rafale glacée, bol à partager, and much more await you to satisfy all your gourmet cravings! During the holiday season, our famous ice cream logs are the perfect complement to meals with family and friends. All our ice cream products are made using only the finest milk, cream and ingredients for which they are renowned.
Treat yourself to our wide variety of ice cream products during your favourite festivals!
