Tasks description

  • Analyse raw materials as soon as they are received
  • Carry out health inspections of equipment and departments
  • Sample products and compile results
  • Participating in internal audits to ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Identify non-conformities in production, complete reports and assist with the necessary corrections
  • Carry out the checks required by the HACCP programme
  • Participate in the annual review of HACCP plans
  • Draw up and follow up product data sheets
  • Ensuring that the company's products comply with regulations (approving labels, creating nutritional value tables, creating ingredient lists, etc.)
  • Participate in the training of new employees (GMP, CCP, etc.)
  • Provide production support while monitoring plant operations
  • Taste our tasty products to be sure of their quality ;)

Required skills

  • A Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) in Food Quality and Process Technology or in Dietetics, or any other relevant training.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position in the food industry
  • Be autonomous, rigorous and resourceful
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • A keen sense of observation and organisation
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards (an asset)
