Tasks description

  • Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Carry out regular inspections and maintenance and draw up daily reports in the maintenance software
  • Maintain and repair equipment
  • Make and repair parts using the tools available in the workshop
  • Install and commission new equipment
  • Opportunity to develop food-related skills (e.g. food welding)

  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to work without immediate supervision and as part of a team
  • Oral and written communication skills

Requirements

  • D.E.P. in electromechanics or industrial mechanics or other relevant experience
  • 2 years' experience in the field would be an asset
  • Certification as a stationary engineman - Class B, an asset
