Event Agent

Status:Seasonal (May 2026 to mid-October)

Work shift:Days, evenings, weekends (15 to 40 hours depending on availability)

Tasks description

Coordinate setup times based on deployment schedules
Prepare the necessary equipment and inventory for each outing
Ensure smooth operations throughout the duration of the event
Drive the trailer to the event location
Set up and prepare the trailer prior to the event start
Manage the dismantling and teardown after the event
Clean equipment after use
Greet customers warmly
Present and explain products to visitors
Prepare and fulfill customer orders
Process transactions using the cash register

Required skills

Hands-on/manual dexterity
Strong interpersonal and people skills
Ability to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently without immediate supervision
Efficiency and speed in task execution
Ability to handle stress during high-traffic periods
Flexibility to work a variable schedule

Requirements

Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Experience towing and maneuvering a trailer (10-foot, food-truck style)
